4. About the Service

NomadHearts is a community app for people who live and travel on the road. It matches members by the route they are traveling and offers community events, group road trips ("convoys"), peer-to-peer repair help ("Handy Nomads"), and a marketplace for handmade goods and gear. The app is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store.

5. User-generated content

NomadHearts hosts content created by its members: profiles, photos, messages, posts, listings, events, and ratings. We do not create or endorse that content and we do not monitor it in advance. Members are responsible for what they publish. Our rules for acceptable content are set out in our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

6. Reporting illegal or harmful content

If you believe content on NomadHearts is illegal or violates our rules, please report it. In the app you can report a profile, message, post, or listing directly. You can also write to info@nomadhearts.online with a description of the content, where you found it, and why you believe it is unlawful. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

Copyright owners who believe their work has been infringed may send a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to the same address; see the Terms of Service for what a notice must contain.

7. Dispute resolution

We are not obligated and generally not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our dispute resolution process is described in the Terms of Service. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Liability for links

The Service may contain links to external websites over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the content of those sites; responsibility lies with their respective operators. If we become aware of a legal violation on a linked site, we will remove the link.

"NomadHearts", the NomadHearts logo, and the design of this website and the app are the property of AWC-DIRECT LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Content posted by members remains the property of its authors.
